Our Mission
The Principals of Commonwealth Hospitality Group, LLC have extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having worked for and collaborated with the leading hotel management firms in the industry. They have extensive experience working with almost all major brands, including but not limited to Hilton, Marriott, Best Western, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. We're franchisees as well, and we understand the importance of hotel operations and cost-effective solutions and what that means to a hotel owner who makes the business decision to work with us.
Commonwealth Hospitality Group, LLC was created in 2019 to enhance the experience of all hoteliers asset owners and to expand the definition of excellence in the hospitality sector.
The experience the Principals bring to the table includes asset valuation through a comprehensive understanding and fresh eyes on old systems, returning profitability to distressed assets, the nuances of representing hotel owners as debtors in possession, receivership management, acquisitions & dispositions, as well as leading hundreds of employees to hospitality excellence. They have managed over $100,000,000 in hotel assets during the course of their tenures and in their experience.
CHG has brought the Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites in Victor, NY, and the Comfort Inn University in Amherst, NY under their management umbrella, as well as several others in our pipeline. The hotels in the CHG portfolio saw an increase in Room Revenue at an average of 30% in 2022 and continue to grow the success of the assets in 2023. The CHG portfolio has grown to 700 rooms in limited-service properties and continues to expand.
