Commonwealth Hospitality Group, LLC as the organization's President and Founding Member. The function of Patrick’s role is the management and oversight of Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing, Brand Compliance, and Human Resources across the portfolio of hotels. His responsibilities also include conducting transitions for assets acquired by the organization, providing oversight, and coordinating the development of newly built assets.
A driven and accredited hospitality professional, Patrick believes fervently that each hotel is unique and diverse in attributes and opportunities and that there is no universal approach to best serve clients, hotel owners, and investors of each property. In practice, Patrick employs a highly nuanced approach to boost the bottom line, serve our guests, and enhance the overall value of the assets under his direction. With a hands-on personality, he works with and empowers the teams at the properties with a focus on training, skill enhancement, and leadership while driving revenue and sustained growth to the asset. Speaking on his experience in the industry, Patrick was published in both the New York Times and the Washington Post as a contributor in 2022.
During his time with Best Western Hotels & Resorts ®, Patrick was responsible for working in conjunction with Best Western Hotels & Resorts ® as part of a handpicked, small group of hotel owners and General Managers serving on a steering committee in North America to affect and implement change in the brand as a “think tank of industry disruptors” with the Future Leaders Group. The selection of candidates was based on hotel performance, brand compliance, personality, fortitude, and GSS scores in the top 20% percentile overall in rankings in the brand. Patrick is committed to delivering the utmost diligence to enhance the Net Operating Income of all of our managed assets.
